Kona Caravan: Coffee Farm Lots for Sale in Captain Cook

Got land? How about a pair of vacant pasture land lots for sale in the Coffee Farm Lots of Captain Cook, (MLS# 244567) and (MLS# 244569) priced at $195,000 and $199,000, respectively? The first of these lots is a flag lot with an access road along the side of the second lot. Both are fee simple.

To view the flag lot, we took a walk down the access road, being careful to avoid the cow piles along the way. When we turned around to head back to our car, a huge black bull had wandered into the path, blocking our exit. No bull! A couple brave souls walked right up and started taking its picture. Luckily, the bull wasn’t angry that we were there and didn’t charge us, but we were sure glad we weren’t wearing red! We’ll remember this property for quite some time.

Not to worry—the bull will be removed for your viewing when you are ready to take a look. Take a look at the excitement in the following video:

Located just mauka (up slope) from the Amy Greenwell Ethnobotanical Garden, these lots are 1.30 acres and 1.14 acres. Coffee Farm Lots do not have any CCR’s, so no association dues, or rules and regulations to restrict developing the home of your dreams. With distant ocean and mountain views as well as rich soil, this Ag land is waiting for you.
