What’s New In Kakaako? | Ward Village

Did you know the Ward Village Honolulu was voted best-planned community in the US by Architectural Digest?

Victoria Place

Ward Village is welcoming its newest residential building — Victoria Place, named after Victoria Ward herself.

Victoria Place will have unobstructed views of Ala Moana/Kewalo Beaches. It will be front-row to some of the bluest and clear ocean water in the world. Unique to Victoria Place is the Lauhala Pool House. This pool house was designed to create an intimate gathering space for just you and your guests.

What’s Available?

One, two, three bedroom residences — starting at $1.3 million.

Victoria Place will be completed in 2023.

Ko’ula

‘Red sugarcane’ in the Hawaiian Language

This may be my favorite new Ward Village building, mostly due to the architect’s unique perspective on her design. Architect Jeanne Gang designed the residences to “bend” toward the coastline, inspired by “palm fronds bending toward the light.” This created ultimate views, natural light, and takes full advantage of Hawaii’s trade winds for each residence. Also unique, each residence has a large private lanai to really enjoy the outdoor living.

What’s Available?

Studio residences starting at $518,000. Contact me for 1,2,3 bedroom pricing and availability.

‘A’ALI’I

‘Native hardwood’ in the Hawaiian Language

The ‘A’A’LI’I is not just a place to live; it is a lifestyle. If the idea of morning exercise (or afternoon cocktails with friends) on a rooftop overlooking the Pacific Ocean sounds appealing to you — this may be the lifestyle for you. Unique to ‘A’A’LI’I, Lanai 42 is a penthouse sky deck with ocean and mountain views. The sky deck will have an adult pool, kids area, barbeques/cabanas, and a fitness center. There will be 752 homes in total: studios, one-and two-bedroom residences.

What’s Available?

Studio Residences: Starting at $549,900

One-Bedroom Residences: Starting at $798,000

Two-Bedroom Residences: Contact me
