  • Total Sales Volume +2% over 2018, $1M+ = -3%
  • Condos | 77% of all West Maui transactions
  • Highest priced sales:
    Home – $6M in Kapalua’s Plantation Estates
    Condo – $2.85M at the Montage Kapalua Bay Residences
  • Lowest priced sales:
    Home – $610K in Napili’s Napilihau neighborhood
    Condo – $206K at Leinani in Honokowai (1 bd/ba)

Inventory & Absorption Rate

Absorption Rate is the rate at which available homes are sold in a specific market over a specific time. This figure shows how long it will take to exhaust the current inventory supply. For this month’s update, there are 469 active properties and 720 sold in the past 12 months.
