Wailele Ridge Construction Progress Update – What's Going On?

It has been very quiet at Wailele Ridge for the past 3 weeks. As per information from the developer’s representative, the civil work at Wailele Ridge is “paused” and foundations and retaining walls work should have started in August. There is no heavy machinery in sight and we are starting to wonder if May 2017 is too ambitious of a deadline for construction to be completed.

The developer also updated their construction and marketing strategy as they have decided to release only Buildings #3, #4, #17 (sold out), and #18 (sold out). The pool will be built at the same time with Building #17.

Most Attractive Features

So what are the most attractive features for the current buyers? Ocean views, large floor plans, and attached garages have motivated the buyers in Building #17 and #18, which are completely sold.

Building #3 has only four units, townhouse style, with nobody above or below, which also is an attractive feature for many buyers. All these units have attached garages as well. It is hard to say at this point in time what kind of views Buildings #3 and #4 will end up with; there may be a bit of an ocean view from the units located on the second floor in Building #4.

Why do you keep telling half truths? Hope potential investors investigate your company and this development group of greedy liars who have tried to ramrod their development in without all necessary easements.

Hope you can look in the mirror, because Homie boy is sure having a hard time doing that.

Oh ps, when will our access road be restored to its former condition? Can’t reach the developer for an answer. He moved our trash cans, post boxes, knocked over beautiful trees and now everything has reached a grinding halt?! Dangerous detour for the locals, does anyone care?
