Waikoloa Village golf course condos spell…………..value, value, value. When you take into consideration the views, the proximity to many amenities and excellent green fees, you just can’t beat it. There are condos with ocean, Maui, golfcourse and sunset views that you would pay in excess of a million dollars down at the resorts, which by the way are only a t0 minute drive away. I think if anyone is seeking value in this value driven market, you should look to Waikoloa Village and seriously consider purchasing a condo. I have never had a dissapointed client when selling them a Waikoloa Village Condo.
