Waikoloa Condo Sales in July Show a Big Rebound

Waikoloa Village made a strong recovery from the very weak sales I reported for Waikoloa in June of only 2 condo sales for the month. Last month, Waikoloa Village was back to a more normal sales number of 7 condo sales closed for the month.

Here’s a look at those sales:

One thing I liked about these sales, was there was some depth in the condo complexes that showed up in the sales column. Paniolo Club had two sales last month and had the high sales of the month with a sale at $175,000. As usual, Elima Lani was in there with 3 of the 7 sales going to the very popular entry level condo.

One other sign of a healthy market last month was that the number of condos going into escrow was also seven. I’ll be back later this month to take a look at the inventory level of condos on the market.

I love the Big Island! Aloha.
