Real Estate Prices Rise as Another Villages at Mauna Lani Closes Escrow

Clients of mine just closed escrow on a nice Lehua 3 bedroom/3 bath at the Villages at Mauna Lani Resort today at a sales price of $799,900. Their beautiful new home came fully furnished with Tommy Bahama furnishings and with a list of vacation bookings through April, and a huge beautiful back open area for…whatever, or just privacy.

This is the second Villages unit within a month to close at or above the $800K mark; and both buyers were represented by Hawaii Life. Last year the same floor plans were recording sales at prices of $698K to $725K.

There is one other Lehua floor plan available priced at $850K and one Maile (also 3 bed/3 bath but larger and with reverse living plan) pushing the prices upward at a list of $995K.
