Video: “Being Content and Goal Setting Island Style” TIH Podcast w/ Guest and Owner of Hawaii Life, Matt Beall

Recently, Owner of Hawaii Life and Principle Broker, Matt Beall, stopped by the home studio as my guest for “The Island Hustle” Podcast. Through organic conversation, it did not take long before Matt was giving me insight on what makes him tick when it comes to his business endeavors. He shares a few simple yet powerful ways to approach thinking that I believe have attributed to his high level of success in the Hawaii Real Estate arena in a relatively short period of time.

I’ll be the first to admit that I had a notion in my head (along with how I tend to operate) that successful people are primarily goal driven, focus on what’s next and struggle to enjoy the wins along the way. Listening to Matt throughout the interview, it quickly became encouraging to know that not all business owners operate in this manner. Perhaps the balance and quality of life provided when living on an island has taught him how to maintain a holistic approach towards his business while maneuvering through a highly stressful environment… or perhaps it’s ingrained into his personality. Whatever the case may be, the takeaways are evident.

If you’re looking to set a goal of moving to Hawaii, buy your first home, or you’re thinking of starting a new career — advice for success is not a one size fits all.
