Upgraded South Maui Home With Expansive Views

This South Maui home lies somewhere between tropical plantation and Smith Family Robinson. The focal point would have to be the expansive views of West Maui and Lanai from the nearly 250 sq.ft. second story lanai. Both lanais (main dwelling and attached ohana) are under cover during the heat of the day, but perfectly positioned along the gulch to give you mesmerizing ocean sunsets.

What to Know About 235 Keonekai

235 Keonekai is a 2 bed, 2 bath, 1,352 sq.ft. home. On the first floor is a legal 480 sq.ft. attached ohana complete with a full kitchen, 1 bed, 1 bath, and 192 sq.ft. covered lanai. Parking is convenient as well; an attached garage has more than enough space for two cars. The ohana has a designated parking spot on the side of the house.

Beach Access

235 Keonekai is less than a half mile walk to Kamaole Beach Park 3, and with an oversized garage of 672 sq.ft. to store all of your water gear, who wouldn’t overindulge? Polo, Wailea, Kamaole Park 1 & 2, and for the surfing soul, Kalama Park, are a few additional beaches within a ten minute drive.

This is Maluaka beach park (one of my favorites on Maui) located behind the Maui Beach and Golf Resort. Just a short drive of 10 minutes and you can experience some of the best snorkeling Maui has to offer.

Hidden Beach (10 minute drive), located along Makena Rd., is another beautiful spot to relax and watch the sunset over Kahoolawe

Dining Out?

If you love to eat (which I do), South Kihei is your spot. Restaurants and breweries such as Maui Brew Co, Cow Pig Bun and Monkey Pod are close enough to taste.
