HOA fees are $271 per month. There is a security guard at the lower entrance and a gate at the Mountain Road entrance at the top.
The Heathers is a desirable area and there are only 8 lots available there. One of the more affordable lots closer to the water is lot 295.

what are the covenants as far as style of home, sq. footage etc. My wife and I are starting to look for a retirement location and we know the Kohala Coast well. I don’t want to build a mansion just something in 2000 sq.ft range. Thanks!
