Puamana Action First Quarter 2019 [with photos]

“What’s happening in Puamana?” you ask… Well, I say, the sunsets have been absolutely amazing and we’ve had waves all through the winter although Puamana is generally a south swell surf spot. The last storm brought the rocks back into the beach…or did you mean, what’s happening with the Puamana real estate market? My favorite conversation subject! There are currently seven active listings in Puamana with a median price of $995M and one pending listing. We had one sale in the first quarter.

The major news in the Puamana real estate world is my double oceanfront listing at 136 Pualei drive, 3 and 4. This is actually two properties, two TMKs, combined into one expansive property. The design allows for maximum entertaining with the living room and master bedroom both opening up to the Pacific.

139-1 Pualei Drive was listed on 1/16/19 for $1,195,000.  This is a 1,028 square foot, 2 bed, 2 bath townhouse style with a new remodel

4. 71-1 Puapake Place

71-1 Puapake Place, a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, corner condo went on the market on 11/16/18 and is now listed at $995,000.

3. 24-3 Puamelia

24-3 Puamelia, a 1 bedroom, 2 bath just steps to the main beach access was listed on 8/1/18 and is now priced at $949,000.

2. 10-3 Puapake Place

10-3 Puapake Place is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath with a loft with a nice view of the clubhouse from the kitchen, listed on 12/10/18 and now is priced at $868,000

1. 71-3 Puapake Place

71-3 Puapake Place is a one bedroom, 2 bath listed on 12/7/18  for $825,000.

185-1 Pualei Drive – a 2 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse style condo with a large upstairs patio was listed on 2/14/19 and is pending sale at $1,195,000.

First Quarter Sales:

21-1 Puapake, a 1 bedroom, 2 bath near the Mauka pool sold on 3/19/19 for $825,000.
