Pualani Estates Offers Newer Big Island Homes with Views

This subdivision features newer and brand new 3 and 4 bedroom, single level and two story homes priced from the high 300K’s to the low 400K’s. The area has underground utilities, County water and waste water, sidewalks, and homeowner dues are only $28 per month. Pualani Estates is in the Holualoa school district.

This area was recently featured on HGTV’s Hawaii Life series. Pualani Estates is conveniently located just 2 miles South of Historic Kailua Village. Some homes in this subdivision feature stunning, panoramic, million dollar ocean and sunset views. Established in 2004, the homes were build in three phases. Phase 3 is currently under construction with brand new homes still available.

I thought you did a wonderful job with this video tour. It was personable, succinct, and demonstrated your knowledge and passion for the area. It is certainly makes me want to do a couple of these for my favorite neighborhoods and condo complexes here on Maui. Aloha!
