Pineapple Hill Market Update – November Brings Little Change

November has brought us only a few things to talk about. The month started with 11 active listings, with the addition of 2 new properties that number is now 13. Aside from the 2 new listings, the 2 properties that went pending last month are still pending at this time.

Below are the additions I would like to bring to your attention.

New

516 Pacific Dr. (MLS# 371804) is the newest addition to the market in Pineapple Hill. It arrived on the market on 11/30/2016 and is priced at $2,938,000.

112 Pulelehua St. (MLS# 371734) is back on the market as of 11/23/2016. It was canceled on 10/21/2016 after 749 days on the market and is again priced at $3,695,000.
