June has brought us only a few things to talk about. The month started with 12 active listings within Pineapple Hill, and with one addition this month, there are now 13. After two sales in May, June saw no sales and nothing currently pending in the neighborhood. As summer arrives so do visitors and buyers. So hopefully this slow down in the market will change along with the season and the second half of the year will finish as strong as the first half started.
Below are a couple of changes and details I wanted to bring to your attention.
620 Silversword Dr. (MLS# 369836) arrived on the market on 6/10/2016 and is being offered at a price of $3,595,000.
Canceled on 6/22/2016 after 233 days on the market and an original list price of $3,695,000, 342 Cook Pine Dr. (MLS# 369994) was put back on the market 6/23/2016 with a new reduced price of $3,395,000.
