Pineapple Hill Market Update: February 2018

February brings the first property of the year to go under contract in Pineapple Hill. The month started with 18 active listings. With one canceled, one pending and the addition of two new properties that number stays the same as the month has come to a close. You could say it was a fairly quiet month; however, there were a couple of changes and details I wanted to bring to your attention.

Noteworthy Changes:

New additions

120 Pulelehua Pl. MLS #377387 is new to the market this month and has been listed at $3,195,000,

After being taken off the market on the 22 of December 2017, 334 Cook Pine Dr. MLS #376655 is active again priced at $2,499,000.

Price Reductions

302 Cook Pine Dr MLS #375527 has been reduced $225,000 and is now priced at $2,750,000 it has been on the market for a total of 465 days.


328 Cook Pine Dr. MLS #376043 was taken off the market on 2/26/2018. It had been priced at $3,595,000 and was active for 127 days.


After originally coming to the market on 11/2/2015 at an asking price of $3,695,000 and a most recent price reduction on 10,23,2017 down to $2,895,000. 342 Cook Pine Dr. MLS #369994 is now pending as of 2/15/2018.
