Park Lane Ala Moana – Custom New Luxury Condos with Unparalleled Amenities

I’ve seen a lot of new construction in my real estate career, but this one made me do a double take. I was completely blown away. The luxurious living. The views. The location. The amenities. All of it, a perfect paradise. Park Lane offers a perfect location, a gorgeous design, and overall paradise experience for people interested in the very best in indoor-outdoor living. The combination of their custom-designed, spacious, private homes and the amenities of the condominium make this place unlike any other new developments in Honolulu.

The development sits on 7.3 acres of land, is comprised of eight structures, and is surrounded by private green courtyards and an impressive Great Lawn. The property exudes the atmosphere of a private resort surrounded by magnificent estate homes.

Ocean view residences are designed with everything in mind!

Unparalleled Amenities

The amenities and services are fantastic, and include everything you could imagine – grocery delivery, dry cleaning services, spa services, personal shopping, valet, the list goes on.

The cost for this perfection, you ask? The Home Owners Association (HOA) fees are $1.22 per square foot. This means if you purchase a unit of 1,995 sq ft, it comes out to $2,434/month in HOA fees. Definitely a pretty penny, but ironically, this is lower than some of the other luxury condo fees, like ONE Ala Moana, for example.

Also, the complex backs the Ala Moana Shopping Center – the United States’ largest outdoor mall and Honolulu’s premier cosmopolitan city center and luxury shopping destination – yet faces the world-class beaches of Waikiki and the endless ocean views.

Who Are the Brilliant Designer Brains Behind This?

The project is being developed by the MacNaughton Group and Kobayashi Group and partnered with General Growth Properties, which manages the Ala Moana Center. The homes are uniquely designed with the feel of single-family living, which was part of the intentional planning by the architects, led by David Oldroyo, Principal of ODADA and Associates.

How Do I Buy In?

Ownership at Park Lane starts at the $2.1M price point for the 2 bedroom homes. Also offered are 3 and 4 bedroom homes and the penthouses. The featured 3BR / 3.5BA stunning oceanfront residences with 2,444 interior square footage plus lanai start at $5.787M, and the 4BR / 4.1BA homes with 4,142 interior square footage plus lanai are priced at $10.337M.

At the time of this blog, two of three penthouses are still available. Contact me privately for pricing and delivery dates. These homes are simply stunning and indescribable. Owners even have their own private garage and private elevator.

The living space, as large as it is, feels intimate for two yet can accommodate a family or group of 40 for special gatherings. The entire rear wall – which is framed in very rich, warm eucalyptus wood and stone flooring throughout – is very calming. Each penthouse home offers 270 degrees of viewing – Waikiki city life to the left, endless ocean views ahead, and Hawaiian sunsets to the right.

The Demand Has Been Crazy

Park Lane doesn’t even need to advertise. Word of mouth has spread internationally that this is the premier flagship property Waikiki has to offer. It’s far more than a beautiful home – it’s a legacy that the family will enjoy for generations to comeHome buyers have come in from all over the world. Half of the buyers are local home owners and Hawaii resident investors, about 15% are from the mainland US, and the rest are international, all of them excited about the privilege of ownership in the Asia-Pacific. 83% of the residences have already been sold, and this past month, mid-July through mid-August, Park Lane has sold $34 million of their properties.

Construction will be completed in three phases, with approximate time frames slated for March, summer, and fall of 2017. If you’re interested in holding your spot, the right time is now.

You are smart to blog about Park Lane. Double take is right – brilliant developers, so smart and creative! Bonnie Wedemeyer, Director of Sales, just visited our HL Kohala Coast office on the Big Island and I was blown away. Wish I could afford one. Thanks for this great blog!
