Ocean View Townhouse in Kona Reduced to $399K

An Alii Cove 3 bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse has been reduced by $26,000.

The floor plan has 1,815 sq. ft. of living space with one bedroom and one bathroom downstairs, and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and loft upstairs. The floor to ceiling windows offer lots of light.

Alii Cove is right across the street from Honl’s Beach and within walking distance to Alii Drive shops and restaurants in the heart of Kona on Hawaii’s Big Island. The condo (MLS# 246457) is situated toward the top of the gated community, so there are tropical ocean breezes and views from both lanais. This is not a short sale, so it is available now.

You are correct Annie. One of the benefits of Alii Cove is that it is a residential complex where short term vacation rentals ARE limited. The residents really appreciate this because guests staying 30 days or more are less likely to be in full “vacation mode”- noisy and rowdy. And owners who are not here full time do have the option for rental income. The location of this complex can’t be beat- across the street from a sandy beach and and easy walk to town.
