Finally! A New West Side Condominium Complex North of Lahaina

Wailele Ridge, a brand new condominium complex in Napili consisting of one, two, and three-bedroom townhomes, is scheduled to break ground at the end of 2014 to the beginning of 2015. The developer hopes to take reservations from February into March of 2015. Anyone who has lived on Maui knows that those goals may be a little bit lofty.

1

So, How Much Are They?

Great question. One-bedroom units will start in the mid $400,000s and the larger three-bedrooms will top out in the high $900,000s. The units will range in size from 700 square feet to the 1,000 square foot range. It’s estimated some of the units will have nice ocean views.

2

What’s very exciting is that each unit will include a one car garage! Not too many condominium complexes on Maui come with a garage, or even a carport for that matter. Just imagine the possibilities; a place to safely store your boards and other toys, a workshop, or you could even park your car in there and protect your paint job from the scorching sun and salt air. Your options are endless.

3

As a prospective buyer, can I do anything to get ready? Yes, the developer will require a $10,000 deposit at the time of contract. The next payment will be 30 days from the initial contract date and the payment will be 10% of the purchase price, less your first $10,000.

Highlights

Wailele Ridge will be located across the highway from the Napili Plaza. Abundant green space, BBQs, and fire pits will be at your disposal to help you enjoy those amazing Napili sunsets. Other amenities include an infinity pool, spa, and poolside fitness center. Plenty of guest parking will ensure your friends and family can join you.

Another rarity on Maui, Wailele Ridge will be a pet-friendly complex, permitting one small pet.

I know all of this sounds too good to be true, and it might be, the developer reserves the right to change any and all of the above items. Use the information as guide, not the be all and end all.

I am a potential buyer interested in a 1 or 2 BR unit. Any idea on projected HOA fees and whether the units will be eligible as vacation rentals or only LT occupancy?

My husband & I are very interested in a 2 or 3 bedroom . It is our understanding that this is a smoke free complex. Is that correct? Please send us updates as we are ready to start our Hawaii Life. We are working with Robert Hasson from Hawaii Life.
Thank You
