Having friends/owners in this complex, I have spent a bit of time sitting on the lanai, sipping a drink and watching the gorgeous views. It’s a very soothing experience. There is almost no price you can put on unobstructed ocean and golf views. What you see is what you get and you won’t have to ever worry about anyone building in front of you or obstructing the stunning scenery. It’s a wonderful unit and just waiting for someone to add their own personal “style” to the interior.
