New Waikoloa Village Condo Listing with Ocean and Golf Course Views at the Pointe at Waikoloa

Over the summer I wrote several blogs about the Waikoloa Village’s premier complex and one of them was about the features and amenities of the Pointe at Waikoloa. The last listing we had there sold within 10 days of being on the market and we are thrilled to have another one just listed in this most desired community of Waikoloa Village.

Pointe at Waikoloa

Waikoloa Condo For Sale with Ocean View

I was checking the condo market on the Kohala Coast between $400K and $550K and I realized that our listing (MLS# 257409), listed at $499,000, was the only one offering an ocean view!

If you are seeking spectacular views of the ocean and golf course and amazing sunsets, then this unit is for you. Rarely offered, this 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 1,447 sq.ft. has never been lived in, brand new and waiting for someone’s personal touches.

Elegant Features

The 300 plus sq. ft. tiled lanai is the perfect place to entertain or relax and both master suites have access to the lanai as well. This elegant, quality condo includes tiled entry, upgraded appliances, solid surface granite counter tops throughout including the dry bar on the lanai. 9 ft. ceilings and the open concept kitchen/dining/living area look out to the lanai and stunning ocean views beyond.

Condo with outdoor living: large tiled lanai

Large walk-in closets, plenty of kitchen storage, AND one of the few complexes offering a 1-car garage makes this unit especially appealing. This is a one level unit – no steps and a great floor plan with master bedroom separation for ultimate privacy.

Don’t Miss Out on This Great Condo

If you are looking for a sweeping ocean and golf course view condo in a low density neighborhood on the Big Island of Hawaii, this is it! The way our Fall market is going, Pointe at Waikoloa #106 is becoming a “species” in danger of extinction. Call today for a showing!

I live, work, and play in Waikoloa Village.

Catherine – this is really the only condo on the Kohala Coast with an ocean view? Bet you’ll sell it in less than 10 days… The big story? Declining inventory. Wonder if there’s more than one buyer looking for an ocean view on this coast? (Rhetorical question). #happyBIC!!

This is the only condo complex I would recommend my Waikoloa Beach Resort buyers look at in Waikoloa Village. Great listing!

Having friends/owners in this complex, I have spent a bit of time sitting on the lanai, sipping a drink and watching the gorgeous views. It’s a very soothing experience. There is almost no price you can put on unobstructed ocean and golf views. What you see is what you get and you won’t have to ever worry about anyone building in front of you or obstructing the stunning scenery. It’s a wonderful unit and just waiting for someone to add their own personal “style” to the interior.
