Waikoloa Beach Resort Condos: Last Two Developer Deals in Halii Kai

Halii Kai has just two developer units left in the Waikoloa Beach Resort!

There are just two developer units left at Halii Kai, both the same Mahana floor plan. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are 1,082 sq. ft. and both are on the golf course side of the complex, so they have very private lanais.

All homeowners enjoy the Ocean Club, pictured above, which features a heated, salt-water multi-tiered swimming pool, the latest fitness equipment, and a private bar and grill. This complex does very well in vacation rentals.

Unit 1C

Unit 1C has been the model and is being sold furnished – the furnishings some beautiful pieces and artwork in addition to custom painting and grass cloth accents. Unit 1C (MLS# 253643) is being offered at $449K.

Unit 1B

Unit 1B is unfurnished, but features a garage, which very few units of this floor plan have. 1B is not on MLS, but pricing would be similar to Unit 1C, given the garage.

As the developer is trying to close out the complex, these prices are negotiable and the developer may offer some incentives. We have sold two of the remaining units in the past month, so we can offer further details.
