Just Sold at Full Price – Ocean View Kula Nani Estates Home in Upcountry Maui

I’m so excited to say that I just closed escrow on this wonderful 2 acre property at Kula Nani Estates in Upcountry Maui. This property spent 4 days on the market, had 2 offers, a 90 day escrow, and it sold at full price…$849,700! This property boasts Maalaea and Kahului Bay views as well as Kahoolawe and Lanai views; it’s like being in the cockpit of an airplane.

Functional Floor Plan

The house is an awesome 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath single level farm style house. Total square footage including the garage is approximately 2,650 square feet. This was one of the most functional floor plans that I’ve seen in a while. The master suite is located at one side and the three other bedrooms and bath is located on the other side. On top of that, it’s a single level home!

Standout Features

If I were buying a house, the kitchen would be the deal sealer. Especially the restaurant style Garland commercial stove. Other standout features include:

  • Large craft/storage house
  • Spacious barn
  • 2 acres with numerous fruit trees

There is also a large craft/storage house that is a mini version of the house!

And believe it or not, a real barn!

The interior of the barn is a great space

And did I say 2 acres? Currently there are lemons, oranges, tangerines, cherries, apricots, plums, protea, etc.

This one may have slipped by you, but the next one won’t! Contact me if you are interested in living the Upcountry lifestyle.
