On Wednesday, June 18, 2014, I was pleased to be included in attendance at the groundbreaking ceremony at the Club Bungalows site, followed by refreshments at the model home.

The Club Bungalows were designed by Jeffrey Berkus Architects. The two and three bedrooms offerings are detached condominiums, and the one bedroom condominiums are located in a duplex format, with two units per building. The Club Bungalows allow owners to vacation rent their homes, should they choose to do so.
