Kona Vistas Neighborhood Offers Homes for Living the Indoor/Outdoor Hawaii Life (Video Tour)

Kona Vistas subdivision is conveniently located just off Lako Street, about 3 miles South of the center of Kailua Kona town, and about 3 miles North of Keauhou. Just 2 and a half miles away is the popular White Sands Beach.

Situated on the slopes of Hualalai, at an elevation ranging from 400 to 700 feet above sea level, this neighborhood features newer custom build homes and vacant lots for sale. Currently, homes for sale are ranging from the mid $500K’s to the mid $800K’s. Lots are a minimum of 15,000 sq. ft. to about ½ acre. Vacant land is currently selling between $150K to $199K.
