Kona Home For Sale Near White Sands Beach

Midway between Kailua-Kona and Keauhou on Alii Drive this stretch of soft white sand is a favorite for swimming, body surfing and sunbathing.

This crescent of white sand is Kona’s most popular beach (a.k.a. Magic Sands Beach).

A block and half away from White Sands beach there is a great home on the market (MLS# 236893). This 5 bed / 5 bath home with an ocean view is listed at $579,000.

Originally designed to be a Bed & Breakfast (although never licensed as one) this home has a central entrance off which you can access 4 suites as well as a one bedroom owners apartment. It is perfect for renting out rooms or for a large family. Each suite has its own bath and sitting area. The owner’s apartment has a great room, kitchen and bedroom and bath all with ocean views. The home is open and airy and comes furnished in a great tropical style.

If you are looking for a larger home in a great location then you definitely want to check this one out.

Erik, What a value property near such a great Big island beach. Lots to do and walking Alii Drive in the mornings is habit forming!
It goes to show there’s a lot to think about in Big Island Real Estate right now!

Yeah it is a great value. Not to far the other way is Kahalu’u Beach for surfing or snorkeling. It really is a great location.
