The Koa Kai condo complex in Kihei is a quiet, little known complex in the heart of Kihei. I recently had the opportunity to view this nice condo (MLS# 351257). This two bedroom, two bath Koa Kai condo is set back from the beach approximately two blocks at the end of a short street.

Desirable Maui Location
This is a small complex in the central Kihei area at the end of a short street, just above the Cove Park area. Hi Heidi, Good to see you are featuring a pet friendly condo! Are there very many pet friendly condos on Maui? There are some here on the Big Island but most still have
rules that prohibit pets. I can’t imagine living without a dog…or two!

It is a nice place and with some other one bedrooms in the area selling for almost the same price as this two bedroom looks like a pretty good price.

We need more pet friendly buildings! I almost bought a unit at Maui Vista until I found out that pets were not allowed. I have to take a look at this unit, to keep it in mind for my pet clients.
