Kauai Condominium Sales 2020 vs 2021

2021 saw the start of a recovery in the vacation rental market for condominiums on the island of Kauai. With tourism shutting down in March of 2020 and reopening on Kauai in April of 2021 these numbers show the impact the shutdown had. The good news is we are in recovery mode and the numbers show it.

I have close to two decades of experience as a top-producing real estate agent on Kauai, where I’ve lived since 2004.
