The Big Island's Kapoho Beach Lots Equal True Hawaii

Are you looking for what I call true island bliss? A place to get away from it all and really feel you are in Hawaii? Then look no further than Kapoho Beach Lots. Located in Pahoa, Hawaii, this darling gated community is surrounded by thermal ponds and the Pacific Ocean.

Most homes in this subdivision have ocean views and I would say about 70% have their own saltwater pond. These ponds are better than most swimming pools I have seen, many with a Japanese flair to them. A lot of residents have their own fish and large sea turtles. These ponds are naturally heated by the steam that rises up from the ground. They are not too hot, more like a warm bath.

You will find that some of the homes have ocean access via a private dock. Don’t worry if the home you are looking at doesn’t have its own dock. There are other ocean access and safe swimming areas. This makes Kapoho Beach Lots a highly desirable place to call home. Currently, prices range from $299,000 to $1.4 million.

Hi
Help me out here, can a 400k budget get a family of 4 into view prop with a pond in kapoho?
Maybe not in your subdivision but on a nice lot close by? 400k would be for fee simple land and house.
We have an eclective age range in our family, 10 to 66 years of age, the oldest “me” , being retired .
Thank you
Jerry
