Among the Kapalua Resort condominium developments, Kapalua Ridge is well known for its spacious floorplans, extra storage, and commanding views of the ocean. These units tend to be more affordable than Kapalua Bay Villas, (a beachfront development) but not as affordable at Kapalua Golf Villas. The development attracts owner residents, second homeowners and investors, as it allows short term rentals.
Although some consider this development to be a “sleeper,” with an average of 5 sales per year, the Ridge already recorded 4 sales this year and 2 units are currently in escrow. This is no surprise, as the development is regarded as an excellent place to live.
