It’s been a quiet summer at Kai Makani with just 4 sales in the last six months, with 1 sale currently pending. While the last couple of months have been slow, the encouraging news is that sellers have been pricing their units appropriately and getting 98% of their list price! As saying goes, price is king!

For those who like to be active, Kai Makani offers quick access to the beach. This North Kihei beach is popular for stand-up paddling, windsurfing, and long walks on the beach. In addition, this location in North Kihei allows you to be in Wailuku, Kahului, or Wailea in less than 15 minutes. Down the beach, you’ll find Kihei Canoe Club, offering both competitive and recreational outrigger paddling. I love living at Kai Makani!
