Ho’opili – Haakea and Haloa Selling Now

What is Ho’opili?

Ho’opili is a master planned community that will eventually become its own city and zip code. Ho’opili will be building over 11,000 homes over the next 20 to 30 years. Ho’opili will offer residents 3 rail stops, 5 DOE public schools, including 3 elementary, 1 middle, and 1 high school. The University of Hawai’i West Oahu campus and the new mall Ka Makana Ali’I are minutes away. During Phase 1, D.R. Horton is offering new home buyers a 1-year family membership to the Kroc Center Hawaii since the recreational centers are not built.

Types of Homes

Haakea

The single family homes in Hoopili are called Haakea. Homes range from 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,809 sq.ft. with six different floor plans to choose from. Homes start in the mid $600,000s. The association fee is $59 monthly. Features include landscaping, gardens in the backyard, tankless gas water heater, split air conditioning throughout the home, plus much more. There are 3 or 4 more releases for the single family homes still to come.  The table below was August’s single family home release that sold out in minutes.

HA’AKEA August Release: Single-Family Residences

Haloa

Haloa will feature new market-priced townhomes, affordable townhomes and flats, and flex homes. Flex homes are similar to a townhome but it offers the homeowner the use of the downstairs area for a business, a mother-in-law suite or for extra space. Market-priced townhomes and flex homes start at $510,000. Affordable townhomes have been released to the 81% to 120%. The table below was August’s market priced townhomes release.
