Overall, the Golf Villas is of decent quality and good location with nice finishes with the Homeowner’s Association aggressively addressing some construction issues with the builder/developer to protect the quality and ownership values.

As in all Mauna Lani properties, the popular and private Beach Club is an added benefit of ownership.
