Gated Condo Community in Kona Offers Prime Location

It’s been said time and time again by real estate agents – but it continues to be true – location is everything. We recently helped one of our clients sell a 2-bed, 2-bath condo in Kailua-Kona that is in close proximity to beaches, entertainment, and shopping. It’s always a joy to work with clients who are selling. Helping them see all of the positive aspects of their home and why buyers will be interested is fun for us.

This particular home is located in the gated condominium complex Kona Sea Villas (KSV), which is in the heart of Kailua-Kona. As I’ve explained before, condos have many benefits. One of the big draws to this complex is the common spaces. KSV offers a fantastic swimming pool and workout room, as well as a BBQ area that can easily be reserved for large group gatherings.

Another unique aspect of this condo is that it was sold furnished. We’ve seen that some buyers looking for homes in Hawaii desire furnished homes. For our sellers, this made their condo more marketable for many. A furnished home can be common in condos here and can make the move-in process easier than a typical move. If you’re moving to Hawaii from the mainland, keep a furnished condo in mind for a simpler move.

Remodeled in 2012, this condo has impeccable finishes and craftsmanship. The cabinets are refaced with African Mahogany wood and there is travertine and laminate wood flooring throughout. A nicely renovated condo near so many sought after amenities made this a place our sellers could proudly put on the market at a fair price.

There are often other listings in the KSV condominium complex, and we are happy to assist you as you buy (or sell) your next home in Kailua-Kona. The grounds are well maintained and the location is ideal, so consider keeping this complex on your list of potential homes.
