Thanks for this info. These really have some of the best views on the coast! Many buyers don’t realize that most resort condos lack an ocean view and that many Waikoloa Village condos have ocean and sunset views. Two questions- what is the pet policy at the Pointe and what about BBQ grills at individual units?

Here are the answers to your questions, Pat:
1/ Pet policy: Pets are not permitted in the project,except as required by law. Any person authorized to have a service animal under the provisions of the A.D.A. will be required to present proper documentation to the Board.
2/ BBQ grills: Cooking over an open flame with charcoal is not permitted within an apartment, on common areas or anywhere within the project, except that gas or electric grills may be properly operated on apartment lanais. The Association will maintain a gas grill in the pool area; owners are requested to keep it clean.
