2020 Maui Kaanapali Villas | Market Headlines

  • -It’s an Undeniably Strong Seller’s Market | An Emphasized Hyper Demand for MKV.
  • For perspective of non-Covid versus Covid market. Historically MKV averages 8 sales per year.
  • This year, 7 have already sold with 4 others currently under contract.
  • 2020 MKV sales are averaging ONLY 50 days on market from listing to closing date. Way way under West Maui’s resort condo average.What else shows hyper demand? Big, bad, full priced offers…that’s what!
  • In the studio sector – 5 of the 7 units that have sold, did so at 100% of list price. One of them was $20K over asking. On the 1 bedroom side, both units that did sell sold 100% at or above list price. That’s 6 out 8 all 2020 sales at-or-above full price.-2 units are actively listed for sale.
