From Wailea to Kaanapali – An Awesome Maui Weekend

I am feeling extremely grateful for all the wonderful people, experiences, and developments that are taking place in my life. From Wailea to Ka’anapali, this past weekend exemplified this sentiment.

Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers just opened our newest location in the Wailea Town Center. In this photo, you can see the kahu blessing our new location and Rena Byer (Hawaii Life angel) and Matt Beall (Hawaii Life principal broker) opening the doors.

Through the collaboration of Hawaii Life leadership and the generous financial assistance of Rena Byer, we were able to purchase two side-by-side offices in the Wailea Town Center. I can’t think of any other Maui real estate company that is demonstrating its commitment to its agents by purchasing an office.

The office has a very open floor plan with a lounge area at the entry, desks behind this, and then we will have an enclosed conference room with the fantastic ocean view from the back of the office. Winston Welborn, our creative director from Kauai, did a wonderful job coordinating the renovation of the office as well as supplying us with some stunning artwork images of Maui that are hung on the walls. We still have some modifications to make on the office, but I think that this is a great start, don’t you?

It was a very poignant moment for all of us as you can see Laura Stice and Rena Byer enjoying each others company while Tracy Stice proudly watches on. We are so grateful for our friendship with Rena and are deeply touched by her generosity. The Stices’ enjoyed our personal blessing by the Kahu in the last photo.

After finishing the awesome opening and blessing of the new Hawaii Life Wailea office, we packed up and headed over to Ka’anapali to the Honua Kai Resort and Spa for a brokers weekend.

The Honua Kai Resort is the newest beachfront fee simple whole ownership opportunity in all of West Maui and sits on the beautiful white sand Ka’anapali North Beach a.k.a. Airport Beach. Read about how amazing this resort is here, Honua Kai Resort in Kaanapali, Maui.

We were all amazed by the beauty of this gorgeous double rainbow from our lanai at our Honua Kai room as we were getting ready for the broker’s event.

The Stice ohana had a great time in our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit in the Konea Tower of the Honua Kai Resort. This particular unit would have previously gone for about $1,550,000, but now can be picked up around the $1,175,000 range.

At the broker’s event, we were served some awesome wine and pupus, and we learned about the huge price reductions at the Honua Kai Resort. Read all about it here, 35% Price Reductions on Condos For Sale at Honua Kai Resort.

All in all, we enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at Honua Kai and Tracy was opportunistic to take advantage of some small south swell and went surfing while Megan, my mom, and I lounged around the Honua Kai pools and Airport Beach. We concluded the weekend by heading out to the country in Haiku to my uncle and aunt’s house for a family birthday barbecue.

I hope that you enjoyed this small sampling of the Maui life.
