Ainamalu at Waikoloa Beach Resort is well underway with main access roads paved and ready for visitors to come take a look at these amazing lots with views of Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa, and Hualalai Mountains.

Several other lots have already been sold and construction will begin on two homes very soon. I’m being told the builder is planning to start two homes a week in order to get Phase 1 started and moving toward owners moving in. The “Keys For Christmas” program plans to have homes completed and ready for a December 2017 move in date; what a great way to end the year.
All homes will have photovoltaic and in-home Sony battery backup in hopes of keeping the property from having to ever go on grid. However, if there is ever a time that the bank batteries can’t supply the entire subdivision, there will be capability to switch to the grid, only if needed.
