Located just 2 blocks from historical Front Street, The Aina Nalu Condominiums are a mix of studio, one, and 2 bedroom units. They are both owner occupied and primarily vacation rentals. There is a front desk run by Outrigger and you also have the option to use outside management or manage the unit yourself for a reduced management fee. There are 2 pools and a hot tub on site. One of the pools is a saline pool. Both are surrounded by a well-manicured lawn with lots of chaise lounge chairs and cabanas. There’s a really nice wet bar, food prep, and social event area that you can reserve for an additional fee as well as plenty of outdoor dining space. There are also 2 BBQ locations on site.
