70’s Style Home for Sale in Waikoloa Village

Take a walk back in time with this 70’s house, a 3/2 one level home with many features such as spacious bedrooms, large living room, dining/family room, enclosed covered lanai and mature tropical landscaping. A time when homes were built for comfort and durability (MLS #254080).

Buyers may want to update this home for their lifestyle, creating an opportunity to add your own personal touches. The property has lots of potential, with good sized rooms, a fun layout, and the premier location of Waikoloa Village—an oasis of calm and tranquility.

The rear patio runs into a luscious landscape opening to ocean views.

The Waikoloa Village home also offers an open floor plan, multiple rooms and an outdoor lanai. The current owners kept this home well maintained and enjoyed it as a vacation home for the last 30 years. It’s time to hand over the keys to buyers looking for a private home in a friendly residential neighborhood located just blocks away from the Robert Trent Jones, Jr design golf course and the Waikoloa Village Market.

I kept saying to my co-listor Karen Bail that it would be fun to have a 1970’s themed brokers open, disco music, fondue, disco ball and let the good times roll. That’s the way it feels when you come in…

The property is listed at $395,000 and I am only a few minutes away to give you a quick tour. I live, work and play in Waikoloa Village.

This is a great house, even the orange shag still has it’s glow. They did not use it that often even thought it was their vacation home all these years, it is in very good condition!
