3 Lots that are Priced to Sell at Kukio

Currently, there’s a great assortment of residential properties on the market at Kukio that are priced to sell!

Kukio Phase 3, South 11 is currently listed at $745,000 with less than 14 days on the market. Graded to pad and ready for construction, this is an amazing opportunity for you to build your ideal home. The property was purchased for $850,000 in 2004.

Why Maniniowali?

If you desire a property that is close to one of the most pristine white sand beaches with ample privacy, Maniniowali is the ideal location for direct access to Kua Bay. What makes Maniniowali unique is the gradual climb in elevation that opens up the view plane so that home sites in this area have incredible mountain, ocean, and coastline views.

Stand Up Paddle, Snorkel, Surf, and Explore Kua Bay | Big Island, Hawaii

One of my favorite things about Maniniowali is that you have easy access to Kua Bay and the Maniniowali Sports Complex, yet you are a short golf cart ride away from the Kukio Golf & Beach Club. All three properties present incredible opportunities to purchase a parcel within Kukio at an unbelievable price!

Hi Carrie, looks beautiful! How much does it cost per square foot (on average) for good quality home construction on the big island? I know everything must be imported so the price will be higher than the mainland, I am curious as to the process of purchasing the land to build a home and sell for a profit. Thanks for any insight.
