195 Homes For Sale on Kauai Under $350,000

What a great time to be looking for a house or condo to buy on Kauai. 195 properties for sale on the island of Kauai for $350K or less. 43 of these are single family residence (SFR) and the other 152 are condos.

3 bed/2 bath 1,212 sq. ft. house (MLS# 243517) listed at $329,000

If we step up the price point to $450K, we have a total of 330 listings on the market. 114 are SFRs and 216 are condos. This covers every region on the island from the west side all the way through to the north shore. Oh the choices!

If we loosen up the search parameters (we can all dream, can’t we) and say our price point was, say, between $1 and $2 million, we would have 188 listing to choose from. If your price point is $2 million and up, you have 103 properties to choose from. The most expensive listing on Kauai: 360 beachfront acres on the north shore for $67,500,000! That’s a lot of zeros!

All right. Back to reality. If you are thinking of buying a house or condo on Kauai, you have a lot to choose from at many different price points.

Please contact me if you are ready to start looking for a first home, retirement home, investment property, or if you live here and simply want to own a piece of this beautiful island.

Max budget for our family is $350000, is that enough to buy a house for a family of four?
We would be relocating.
I am on fixed income , SS with a small carpenters pension.
My wife is still working p/t at local school.
My son will be working hopefully in near future, he will be 18 next month , and our girl will be going into 6th gd.
