Why Buy Real Estate on Oahu

If you are thinking about buying real estate in Hawaii, buying on Oahu is a good option. Here’s why:

Oahu homes appreciate. In 1985, the median sales price for a home on Oahu was roughly $150,000. Today, the median sales price for a single-family home on Oahu is $1,050,000. That’s a huge increase in a relatively short period of time. Granted, the Hawaii real estate market does have its ups and downs, but historically speaking, we see steady price appreciation and sales prices always seem to find a new peak. And, this doesn’t even take into account last year’s rapid escalation in home prices. Buying real estate on Oahu is a good bet if you are looking for a solid investment and good capital appreciation.

Of course, there are other reasons why buying a home on Oahu is a good move. For starters, it’s a great place to live, work, and play. Oahu is the gateway to our island chain and combines both cosmopolitan and rural living. The scenery is breathtaking and you’ll see some of the most beautiful blue water and white sandy beaches in the state. If you like dining, nightlife and shopping, you’ll find it all on Oahu. Unlike the neighbor islands, Oahu is also home to some of the best private schools in the state, the University of Hawaii, and some of the best medical facilities. We have mountains, rainbows, beaches, and waterfalls, but also the convenience of having everything at our fingertips.

Granted, we aren’t without our problems. The cost of living is high and the traffic is bad, but the beauty of this vibrant island and the aloha of its people transcend the problems.

All of our islands are beautiful. Special. It’s hard to choose a favorite. I love all of our islands, but Oahu is where I live because it has it all. If you decide to buy real estate on Oahu, you’ll have it all, too — a  good investment and a beautiful place to call home.

I think real estate should be checked properly before sale. Most of these lands are not your’s to sell. Or your company. Under Hawaii Kingdom law, these lands are not for sale and proper transfer of these private lands must be investigated. Im almost certain real estate companies like your’s believe the Hawaiian Kingdom does NOT exist, therefore giving you rights and privileges of selling real estate in a Kingdom that does not belong to an American system. Private land laws are deeply rooted in the Hawaiian Kingdom constitution and laws. Are you following the laws of the Kingdom, or the White system that is illegaly occupying Hawaii? I would seriously be careful about the land you sell. You do not want to be held accountable for a felony charge under federal statutes that enhance and defines Hawaiian Kingdom laws regarding land. I do a lot of independant investigations for interested buyers/sellers, on companies doing real estate in Hawaii. 3 out of 5 were not aware they are violating Kingdom laws in real estate. Legal action is being pursued in 2 of those cases. Lands inherited cannot be sold, its a violation created in the Constitution of 1894. Are you sure you have the rights to sell real estate, sell private inherited hawaiian lands? Are you sure the land you’re selling is NOT inherited through ancestrial ties? Dont be so certain. If you are not sure, I’d be happy to investigate your company. Remember, you are in an existing Kingdom. The White laws you follow do not apply here. In 1843 the Hawaiian Kingdom was recognized in the world as a neutral NATION/COUNTRY belonging to itself. Nothing after 1893, the “no treaty annexation”, can be justified as legal since the Kingdom is illegally occupied, reducing The White system to its own borders. You can very well be facing charges for illegal sales of land and property. This puts a lot of pressure on financial institutions doing mortgages, that may very well violate Kingdom laws. The White system manipulated the lands away from the hawaiians creating a “western real estate” system to obtain lands through corruption. That corruption is now a legal matter for much companies and agents like you and your’s. The H.R.S is founded on KIngdom Laws, that are still in effect today. Be awakened….The Hawaiian KIngdom exist and so does its laws.
