The new Whole Foods store in Kakaako is located in the new AE’O condo building that is scheduled to be completed mid-2018. The completion of AE’O will follow a few months later.

The population around the new Whole Foods is rapidly growing. Big brand stores, like Nordstrom Rack, Target, Saks Off 5th, in addition to all the stores at Ala Moana Center, are recognizing the trend of the population moving into the city. Typically located in the suburbs, the big brands are recognizing the trend, and have moved into the urban core as well. Today’s buyers and residents seek convenience, social gathering spots, and minimal drive times.

The opening of Whole Foods in Kakaako is a much-anticipated event. The urban core of Honolulu keeps getting better and better!

Let’s stay connected!
