What Do You Like About Living in Kailua, Oahu?

In brainstorming marketing strategies for my new listing in Kailua, I stopped to think about Kailua and asked myself, “Why would someone want to live in Kailua?” I personally live in Manoa Valley. That’s another story I’ll share with you in the future. But having lived on Oahu for over 30 years, I’ve spent a lot of time in Kailua. I love the vibe there, the mountain to the ocean picture-postcard views, Kailua Beach, and of course, the friendly residents.

Then I had an epiphany! Rather than trying to answer these questions myself, I decided to ask the experts. I interviewed friends, family, co-workers, clients, and residents who live in Kailua with one simple question: “Why do you like living in Kailua, Oahu?”
