Water Falling Estate Back On Market

There are some properties that no matter who photographs it, the photos can not convey what it is like to be there. The Water Falling Estate is one of them. Back in February I wrote a blog announcing that this Grand Luxury Estate was scheduled to be auctioned by Concierge Auction. At the time, the property was listed at $26.5 Million catching the attention of global media.

Water Falling Estate — from Concierge Auctions

On behalf of a client, I attended the auction and I have to say that the home with its stunning surroundings is by far more impressive than what photographs convey. This estate is a multi-sensory luxury experience. The dramatic ocean backdrop with the constant sound of the water falling from essentially every room softens this home in a unique way.

Besides being an ultimate playground for the sports enthusiasts, what catches people’s attention is the helicopter pad on its rooftop. This is one of the few homes on the Big Island that I know of that has its own private helicopter pad. Aviators must keep in mind that no matter where you live on the Big Island, a helicopter landing pad requires a special use permit from Hawaii County.

As many of you know, the property sold at auction for $5.750 Million and is currently listed for $10M. If you have been curious about the property, I highly recommend that we schedule an appointment for you to see it in person. There are a lot more details that I have learned about this property that I would be happy to share with you.
