Ward Village’s Waiea and Anaha 80% Sold – UPDATE

Hawaii Life put together an awesome luxury real estate conference I attended this past week on Maui. Titled Worthshop 4, there were a lot of great takeaways from speakers from all over the country. One that really resonated close to home here on Oahu, was a presentation on the Howard Hughes Corporation’s Ward Village. Their two initial luxury residential towers of Waiea and Anaha came out of the gates earlier in the year, are experiencing strong sales, and are already 80% sold!

Waiea is definitely raising the bar for luxury condos in Honolulu. Situated across from Ala Moana Beach Park, it’s got ideal views and could not be in a more convenient location for everyday living.

Sitting just a little further back off Ala Moana Blvd. is its sister tower, Anaha. Although Anaha is the more affordable of the two projects, prices are still available starting around $1.5 million as of last week.
