Ward Village: Battle Of The Skyscrapers

Welcome to Ward Village. A 60-acre master-planned community in the heart of Honolulu. A mix of luxury, urban living, and wellness. With a picturesque view that will make you feel connected with the ocean, who wouldn’t want to live in this paradise? But the real question is, among the skyscrapers here, where should you live?

Let me walk you through four of the residences here, namely Ko’ula, Anaha, Waiea, and Victoria Place.

Ko’ula

If you are aiming for a classy and earthy vibe, then Ko’ula it is! The design of this building is inspired by the red sugar cane, creating an exoskeleton and structural columns. Whether you want to stroll around in an acre of amenity deck or just contemplate in your own restful lanai, you can do anything here with ease.

Anaha Living Room

Anaha

This is Anaha. If you are someone who appreciates architecture, this might be the one for you. Its rotating cube-like exterior can capture anyone’s attention. Not to mention the glass-bottomed pool hanging at the edge of the amenity deck. This luxury tower does not only offer studio to 3-bedroom units, but also townhomes and grand penthouses. So if you’re feeling fancy, this is one of the best choices.

Waiea Living Room

Waiea

An ultra-luxury experience awaits you at Waiea. This astonishing residence has massive penthouses and villas. The glass facade resembles a waterfall, hence the Hawaiian term for “water of life.” It is also LEED Platinum, which means that this creation is energy-efficient, pro-community, and sustainable.

Victoria Place

Victoria Place is the newest addition to the Ward Village community. This building is lavish, to say the least, and it’s something that those of us in greater Honolulu have looked forward to for years. Although there are no plans for commercial retail, expect extensive community areas and outdoor green parks with sweeping views of the sunrise, the ocean, and sunset.

Anaha pool

These homes offer all the amenities that you’ll ever need right at your fingertips. Each superstructure has it’s own take on island life with urban fusion, and we’re very pleased with the exquisite communities that these buildings have created thus far.

Wherever you choose to live, new breathtaking scenery and community will welcome you cordially to your new home.
