Waipuna Condos Centrally Located in Waikiki with Views

Constructed in 1971, Waipuna has 406 units, 38 stories all with 6 elevators. Parking is included with guest parking also. You are sure to enjoy the spacious lanais as they are much larger than other condo buildings. Inside design layouts are open and airy. All units vary from quality and remodel. Trade winds are graced and pets need approval. This is a rare find in the city.

There are fee simple and leasehold options for sale in Waipuna. Most units have been converted to fee simple, or have a fee simple option. Currently, there are 3 units available for sale at Waipuna ranging from $410,000-$635,000 and all with low monthly maintenance fees:

Waipuna: Excellent Location & Gorgeous Waikiki Views

Waipuna condos are centrally located in Waikiki and near restaurants, shopping, white sandy beaches, the Ala Wai boat harbor and fine hotels. Onsite at Waipuna you will find a pool, sauna, tennis court, and BBQ, putting green and exercise room.

The views are better at the top!

As each unit varies in views one will find breathtaking views of Diamond Head, the deep blue ocean, city lights, and the Friday night fireworks. Lower units offer lagoon and garden views.

There were 10 units that sold in 2012 from $212,000 to $640,000. Call Waipuna home today.

I love the lanais in this building. They are large enough to be able to have more than just a ‘cafe set’ of table and two chairs, yet somehow manage to be private from your building neighbors – and those views! Thanks, Tara!
