The architecture of the homes honors the plantation style, with classic board-and-batten exteriors and standing-seam roofs that feature a 40-year warranty. The home interiors feature classically-styled hardwood flooring, crown moldings, wainscoting, beadboard and coved ceilings, depending on the floor plans and finishings buyers choose.
