$279K Waikoloa Village Home For Sale – The Price is Right

This Waikoloa Village home is a diamond in the rough. It is not a short sale or distressed property and it was recently listed below the bench mark of $300,000.

This custom built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has a nice floor plan—tongue and groove open-beam ceilings throughout the entire house. The spacious living room opens to the kitchen and outside deck area. Glass block tile and a jetted tub in the master bathroom, which includes a skylight that gives you lots of natural light, is a real bonus.

This house has endless possibilities; a clean palate. Put your decorating instincts to work here and make this house stand out. There is lots of good storage space. The yard is low maintenance with several citrus trees, there is a nice large deck space of 750 sq. ft. (partially covered), and a good size garage also with ample storage.

This home is close to Waikoloa Shopping Center, park, golf course, and just a 10 minute drive to some of the finest Kohala Coast beaches. Besides low golf fees, there is a community swimming pool with lap lanes, and adjacent to the pool area are the tennis courts. Ownership in the Village gives you access to all those amenities and more.

The house is priced at $279,000 (MLS# 245040). If you look at what is currently for sale in Waikoloa Village, you will find 6 other homes listed below the asking price of this one; 4 homes are short sales or REOs and 2 are straight sales, but older homes. A little TLC will make this home shine. Did I mention it is not a short sale, nor a foreclosure?

No tricks, call me and I will show you a treat!

Catherine,
As usual, you are on top of what’s happening in Waikoloa. Open beam ceiling and skylight – sounds like some nice features for the money. Thanks for letting me know about this home, I’ll have to take a look at it!

Thanks Catherine. This will make a fine home for someone who has vision; not only for the inside of the property but for the outside as well. This property opens up to open space which has a nice feel. With a little landscaping for additional privacy and a few upgrades (if one chooses) this custom built home will make someone proud. Ready to move in condition is also a real plus.
