Kohala Coast Sees Abundance of Waikoloa Village Condos for Sale

With 61 condos currently on the market, there are plenty of Waikoloa Village condos for buyers to choose from. Prices range from a mere $83,900 for a Fairway Terrace 2 bed / 2 bath unit (MLS# 229682) to $635,000 for a 2 bed / 2.5 bath unit at The Pointe at Waikoloa (MLS# 232905).

This Waikoloa Village condo at The Pointe (MLS# 231842) features spacious lanai features views of the expansive Kohala Coast beyond the Waikoloa Village Golf Course

Sales, in the meantime, are slow, but picking up. After a dry spell in February with no condo sales, March brought in a couple of sales—one for a 2 bed / 2 bath Waikoloa Villas unit at $235,000, and the other for a Waikoloa Fairways unit at $380,000.

Aloha Pat. Fascinating, I didn’t realize there were no condo sales in February…. Any news on whether or not Fairway Terrace has resolved it’s lawsuit against the HOA? Until that happens we’re looking for cash buyers only for that project, unfortunately, despite the fact that it’s always been a great project to hold units as investments. At $84k, that will certainly cash flow!!!

I’ve actually enjoyed cocktails and pupus on the lanai of the Pointe unit you featured in this post, Pat. I can attest to just how beautiful the views are. People don’t always think of Waikoloa Villages condos as second or retirement homes, but they can be a great alternative to the resorts.
